Lisa, RN, Director of Nursing & Clinical Director of Discipline is a nationally recognized healthcare executive, nurse leader, and policy consultant with over 35 years of diverse experience spanning critical care, ambulatory surgery, home health, and regenerative medicine.

As Co-Visionary of Cellebration/Americell, Lisa leads a cutting-edge regenerative medicine company delivering ethically sourced, umbilical cord-derived stem cell treatments for a wide range of indications, including anti-aging, orthopedic injuries, chronic wounds, arthritis, and degenerative conditions. Her work serves patients from geriatric populations to elite collegiate and professional athletes, with a strong focus on restoring function, accelerating healing, and enhancing quality of life.

At the core of her career is an unwavering commitment to patient-first, direct care—a principle shaping every level of her practice, from bedside nursing to executive leadership. Whether in high-acuity settings or large healthcare systems, Lisa ensures that care models remain person-centered, ethically sound, and clinically effective.

Currently, as Director of Nursing for Core MedStaff in Los Angeles, she oversees a workforce of more than 1,200 nurses. Her leadership drives excellence, professional development, and continuous improvement, ensuring strict alignment with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards. Lisa is widely known for her expertise in conflict resolution, multidisciplinary mentorship, and systems-level thinking.

Lisa also conceptualized and resourced Florida House Bill 660139 and Senate Bill 1768 (2025), which established a state regulatory framework for the use of non-FDA-approved stem cell therapies. Her bills passed both the House and Senate unanimously and received Governor DeSantis’ signature, enacting this landmark law related to stem cell administration, effective July 1, 2025. The legislation sets forth ethical sourcing, patient consent, and marketing standards, reflecting her ability to meld frontline experience with legislative impact.

An advocate for nurses and patients alike, Lisa has been a featured spokesperson on NBC News during the national nursing shortage and addressed the University of California Board of Regents to champion safe staffing ratios—helping to set national standards for quality patient care. As the former lead contract negotiator for all UC-wide Registered Nurses and the California Nurses Association’s lead delegate, she has received accolades for innovation and clinical leadership, including being named a NurseWeek Champion.
