Maxim Doumkine is the Chief Technology Officer at Americell, where he’s leading the charge in modernizing the distribution of compliant stem cell products across Florida. With a sharp eye for building lean, scalable, and secure infrastructure, Maxim is developing systems that ensure traceability, compliance, and efficiency in one of healthcare’s most regulated and promising sectors.
He brings over a decade of hands-on leadership from his role as CTO of Avatar and Echo Telemarketing, where he helped scale operations to over 3,000 active agents. There, he led the development of impactful technologies like the Avatar Soundboard, AI-based voice analytics, automated server deployment for 600+ servers, and real-time post-call learning systems—always focused on bottom-line results.
